Lyophilization on the VarioSys® platform – harnessing production capabilities on a small scale

Based at GEA's freeze drying HQ in Germany, Chris has been involved around the world in application support for pharmaceutical freeze drying technology for over 10 years.

Chris was a key member of the task force that developed the LYOVAC™ freeze dryer and ALUS™ (Automatic Loading and Unloading System) specifically for the VARIOSYS® platform over 5 years ago.

His experience with fill / finish dates back 20 years, starting with Bausch+Stroebel following graduation in 1992.
